I had to do some research at work to find out about a flood in 1919. I read through newspaper articles and I found some funny stories.
One story was about a man who put some moonshine in another guys car to get him arrested for bootlegging. Also, the Parker family had some relatives in from Spokane, and Charlie Johnson bought a new horse. Very exciting.

How funny. My dad made the small-town newspaper when he went home to meet my mom's parents for the first time.
